Dee Stevens is a retired Chief Master Sergeant; USAF, with over thirty years
of managerial and technical experience supporting Air Force staff and field
programs.
During her Air Force career, she was a member of Wright-Patterson’s base
management engineering team; managing and conducting operational
studies that analyzed the efficiency and effectiveness of resource utilization,
workload distribution, and quality systems.
Stevens utilizes Lean/Six Sigma qualitative and quantitative methodologies
to identify management and operation issues, problems, and opportunities
for improvement; resulting in operation refinement by eliminating
bottlenecks and non-value added tasks, reducing operating time, and
improving workflow.
She is the Co-Author of the ISO 9000 for Beginners training workbook.
